Terms of Service

By accessing and using Capital Harvesters ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

For the purposes of this agreement: "Platform" refers to Capital Harvesters website and services; "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Platform; "Service" refers to all services provided through the Platform; "Content" refers to all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Users must not interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers connected to the Platform.

Users may list businesses for sale on the Platform. All business information must be accurate and complete. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to sell the business. We reserve the right to verify business information and remove listings that violate our policies.

The Platform facilitates connections between businesses and investors. We do not provide investment advice or guarantee returns. All investment decisions are made at your own risk. Investors must conduct their own due diligence before making any investment decisions.

We charge fees for certain services as outlined in our pricing schedule. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with reasonable notice.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Capital Harvesters and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to use it on the Platform.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited uses include: violating any laws or regulations, infringing on intellectual property rights, transmitting harmful or malicious code, or engaging in fraudulent activities.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Capital Harvesters be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Capital Harvesters and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
